What can Acupuncture treat?

Acupuncture can be used to treat most disorders. According to the World Health Organisation, acupuncture provides effective treatment for a wide range of illnesses including:

Urogenital disorders: Cystitis, prostatitis, low sexual vitality, urinary retention, kidney disorders, nocturnal enuresis, and bladder dysfunction.

Musculoskeletal disorders: Osteoarthritis, sciatica, lumbago, weak back, low back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, shoulder and neck pain, 'frozen shoulder', and 'tennis elbow'.

Sporting injuries: Sprained ankles and knees, cartilage problems, corking and tearing of muscles, torn ligaments and bruises.
